Sino-EU once again joins hands with Tianshan Flour to jointly build an automated factory

Recently, the robot palletizing project supporting the newly-built 1300-ton wheat deep processing production line of Xinjiang Tianshan Flour Group, undertaken by Sino-EU Robot, has been successfully accepted and put into operation. This project marks the third cooperation between Sino-EU and Tianshan Flour Group, following their collaborations on the Qitai and North Station factories, fully demonstrating the customer's recognition of Sino-EU's complete set of palletizing equipment.

The project is equipped with 6 robot palletizing production lines in total, utilizing world-leading ABB robots. Its palletizing capacity covers products of various packaging specifications, including 25kg, 10kg, and 5kg. All 6 palletizing lines are fitted with metal detection and weight inspection systems to ensure food safety and product quality. This has helped the customer significantly reduce labor pressure in the post-packaging process, making it another model of automated factories in Xinjiang.
