Like tireless "deft hands," the China-EU robotic palletizing system, leveraging advanced motion control algorithms, can pick up, lift, rotate, and place each bag of flour with precision at speeds far surpassing manual labor. They break the pace limitations of manual palletizing, enabling 24/7 uninterrupted operation, boosting efficiency in the backend logistics of the production line by over 40%, and completely resolving shipment pressures during peak production and sales periods.
Adaptive and Flexible Production
When faced with flour bags of different specifications and weights, the system requires no cumbersome adjustments. Through integrated vision recognition systems and force-sensing technology, the robots can automatically identify bag shapes and gripping points, adaptively adjusting gripper force and placement posture.
