◆ This equipment is specially designed for the post-drying stage in food processing. It can directly spray various liquid additives (such as various edible oils, melted lipids, etc.) onto extruded granular foods, and is used to produce fat-containing foods.
◆ The optimal spraying effect can be achieved when the particle diameter is controlled within 2-18mm and the maximum moisture content does not exceed 8%. The equipment adopts a horizontal structure, which increases the horizontal contact area, allowing full contact between materials and the sprayed liquid; 3 rows of nozzles are evenly distributed in the axial direction of the rotor, which can significantly improve the spraying uniformity. The accuracy and uniformity of liquid spraying are excellent (CV<5%).
◆ In addition, the equipment has a wide range of liquid addition ratios, with stepless adjustment available from 2% to 35%, and the maximum addition ratio can reach 35%. The mixing chamber adopts a vacuum-sealed design, with a sealing pressure of up to 20mBar, which can better meet the process requirements of food processing.
